The vice-chairman of the parliament, Alexandru Slusari, noted that the "Dodon-Shor deputies" do not want early elections, while the DA Platform is ready to take responsibility for the minority anti-crisis government for several months. The MP said this in an interview with Radio Europa Libera, stiri.md reported. "Such a solution would be the best one and the country would not find itself in the arms of the toxic Shor-Dodon alliance. We have always advocated for early elections, noting that it would be good to appoint an anti-crisis government for several months to solve pressing issues of Moldova and clear the system of Dodon's agents, Andronache’s people and Nichiforciuc, who steal and squander state property and property of Moldova, both in the country and abroad. A few days ago, the situation changed dramatically because on Monday we learned that well-thought-out guys will not go to early elections, I mean Dodons and Shors. There was even a riot in the socialist faction, many deputies did not accept early elections and this somehow forced Dodon looking for solutions. The only legal solution for them was this toxic alliance between Dodon and Shor, " Alexander Slusari said. Moreover, Slusari claimed that after the latest political events, early elections might be postponed for a long time. “Now we risk postponing early elections for an even longer period. If the Constitutional Court decides in socialists’ favor, then we might find ourselves in a very stupid situation when, on the one hand, Ms. Sandu does not accept this alliance’s candidacy and that is politically correct, but from the legal point of view, Ms. Sandu cannot dissolve parliament, since the Constitutional Court could not establish the circumstances for the parliament dissolution. And please tell me where will we come - without a government, in the midst of the socio-economic crisis, pandemic and without the possibility of early elections? May God allow the Constitutional Court to make a different decision, but I don't know. If we read the 2013 Constitutional Court decisions and the recent one dated August 6, 2020, we can expect that the Constitutional Court, even if it does not fully agree on this issue, will confirm its own of August 6, 2020 decision,” the politician added.
