The Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova will come out with a tough reaction if on Thursday, April 15, the Constitutional Court declares constitutional parliament’s dissolution. Socialist Vlad Batrancea said this on the air of a program on TV channel N4,  nordnews.md reported. “If the Constitutional Court violates its own judicial practice, violates the recommendations of the Venice Commission, it is obvious that we, the socialists, will have a sharp reaction about. We are not afraid of early elections but if we go beyond the Constitution, from the legal field, it would mean this country will never be constitutionally and legally governed. This is Pandora's box,” Batrancea said. Recall, the Constitutional Court will consider the request of President Maia Sandu on grounds availability for parliament dissolution during the April 15 meeting.
