Moldovan presidential candidate, historian Octavian Țîcu said that PAS was facing the inability to find people to rule. ‘Do you consider it a real impossibility or people’s unwillingness to work specifically with PAS?’ Lilia Burakovski asked Octavian Țîcu on the air of the Territory of Freedom program. ‘It is the desire of one political party to get the whole jackpot. European integration means very big money, access to big money. And our people have learned how to steal, no matter what color it is. They know how to steal European money,’ Țîcu said. In his opinion, no one knows where European money is invested and that is a very huge amount. Țîcu claims that no pro-European government in Moldova has ever reported to the public what sums the European Union allocates to help Moldova and, most importantly, how this money is spent. ’The EU could ask questions, but there is a concept of ‘stableocracy’. The EU is a supporter of the ‘stableocracy’ idea, if there is a commitment to European integration, despite the fact that there are very big deviations, they support this process and do not criticize, because they understand the danger of the alternative - it is ‘Putinism’.
