Sandu Discussed the Situation with Pandemic and Assistance to Moldova with the US Ambassador

The officials discussed as well US assistance priorities to Moldova in various areas. “I mentioned the importance of adapting these priorities to the realities of the pandemic so that they reflect the pressing problems of the country. This, in particular, is about mitigating the social and economic consequences of the crisis. This includes supporting small businesses and farmers, creating and improving services at the community level, developing opportunities for youth and women, fighting corruption, supporting democracy and independent media,” the head of state said.
