The European Commissioner Spoke about the Prospects for the Resumption of Aid for Moldova

Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Johannes Hahn said that “there were no significant changes last year” in terms of Moldova’s prospects to receive macro-financial assistance suspended in 2018. He said this on the event on the 10th anniversary of the Eastern Partnership. Answering the question whether this assistance for Moldova can be unfrozen Johannes Hahn said: “It depends on the issues the new government will deal. I have already listed them last year, but, unfortunately, there were no significant changes”. “I will talk to Mr. Filip and I hope he will inform me. Soon I will meet with Maya Sandu.
