Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Tudor Ulianovschi congratulated the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on behalf of the Moldovan leadership. Moldovan foreign minister held a bilateral meeting with President Zelensky in Kyiv on May 20, press service of the Ministry reports.
