PAS officials have responded to Socialist MP Vlad Batrincea’s inquiry about the case of 1,200 surveillance cameras purchased and installed at bachelor's degree centers when Maia Sandu was Minister of Education.
"Maia Sandu has always respected the law and people’s interests. Maia Sandu has nothing to hide. The prosecutor's office can check as many times as it wants. Instead of wasting time, the prosecutor's office would better clarify how much money Dodon had stolen from people in the bag he received from Plahotniuc. Dodon and his socialists are lazy and corrupt and have done nothing good for people in four years, " Aurica Jardan said,

Recall, Vlad Batrincea sent a request to the General Prosecutor's Office. The deputy asks the prosecutor's office to confirm or deny whether a criminal case has been opened on the fact of fraud while purchasing of 1200 surveillance cameras worth about seven million lei, which were to be installed in bachelor's centers in 2013 ".
