Philip: It Is not How Long the Alliance Will Last, but Its Results That Matter

The head of the Democratic Party, Pavel Filip, believes that Moldovan citizens do not want to hold early parliamentary elections. He expressed this opinion during the Puterea a patra talk show on N4 TV channel. According to him, it does not matter how long the alliance of democrats with the socialists will last, but it’s the results of this cooperation that matter. “I don’t think that Moldovan citizens today want to hold early parliamentary elections. Citizens voted, authorized and sent people, they voted for, to the parliament,” Filip said. As he put it, people who received a deputy’s mandate from a voter should do everything possible to work out its full validity for 4 years.
